Teething Wars

It seems Noah has begun teething.  Everything needs to be gummed, especially if it's cooled.  Teething tablets and Tylenol are currently my best friend.  Teething rings are to be refridgerated and kept on hand at all times. Even so, he's been pretty good so far.  He has recently began eating like a horse too.

on the way to West Branch.
It has also become unacceptable to eat/drink in front of him without sharing.  If it's going into your mouth, he better have something going into his.  Last night I tried to drink a glass of water.  As I was drinking the water, Noah face planted into my face, I'm assuming to manuever his way into getting some of that water.  After that, I let him have a drink.  He grabbed the glass with both hands and brought it to his mouth to drink, and he got a little sip.  After the drink he kind of looked at me like "wow, that was cold!".

After being away from home all weekend, Noah was very happy to be back into his normal bedtime routine at home.  He starts to get really cranky when you spend more than 2 nights away from home.  He's pretty good in the car so long as he can see another person, if he can't, it's a miserable drive.

He doesn't like baby food either.  Maybe when I add a little cinnamon, but that's about it.  He wants REAL fruit, in that little mesh sock feeder.  He loves it then.  So far, mango's and a pear have been good.

nom nom nom....

He is also known throughout Eaton Rapids, between Ryan being a teacher and me working from the coffee shop half my pregnancy, EVERYONE seems to know Noah.  Kind of freaks Ryan out when he's walking along and the person passing by says "Hi Noah" and Ryan doesn't have the slightest clue who they are.  The tennis kids and parents really seem to like Noah too.
